FIFA World Cup 2014 - Adidas Golden Boot Award

Adidas Golden Boot





At every FIFA World Cup tournament the leading goalscorer is awarded as the adidas Golden Boot. If two or more players have tied goals the winner is decided by total assists. If still the winner is not split, then the player who played the least minutes will emerge with prize.
This award was introduced at 1930’s World Cup.
